Hydatis is a French-Tunisian IT services company delivering outsourcing, custom software, AI & data, and cybersecurity projects for clients in France, Europe and Africa. We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our AI & Data practice and work on real client projects, from data pipelines to production-grade AI applications.

What you’ll do

• Design, train and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for client projects
• Build and productionize LLM-based applications: RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning
• Collaborate with data engineers to prepare, clean and validate datasets
• Integrate AI models into existing software systems and APIs
• Monitor model performance in production and iterate based on results

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Solid experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and generative AI tools
• Daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) is required for this role
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
